More Christmas in July

Quick and easy Carols of Christmas card idea

Christmas in July! Getting a jump start on Christmas cards is a great way to spend a very hot day! That's what a few friends and I did last Sunday. Unfortunately with all the other activities calling during the busy summer months it is sometimes hard to gather at a specific time with stamping friends. Boy don't I know that! That is why I like to create quick and easy card ideas that can be made in the little bits of spare time you get!  In your own home! In your own time!

Here are the details for this lovely, but easy card!

Cardbase: Whisper White ( 81/2" x 11" cut in half) 8 1/2" x 5 1/2". Left fold to make card front 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (you can get two cards from each sheet of cardstock)

Pretty paper layer: Be Merry Designer Series Paper. Cut to 4" x 5 1/4" (you can get six of these from one piece of paper)

Greetings Layers: Garden Green cardstock (approx 3 1/4" x 3 1/4") background and Whisper White cardstock approx 3" x 3"

Ink: Garden Green

Tools & Accessories: Stitched Shapes thinlets & Layering Squares thinlets (you can do layering with just the Layering Squares or any shapes you have).

Your order today will earn you at least one $5 Bonus Days coupon that could be used starting August 1st to purchase the stamp set used Carols of Christmas!

TipsBig Shot is required for using thinlets, so remember you could choose the Big Shot as part of your Starter Kit and pay just $99 for it plus get a couple of other items for your $125 product selection. Until the end of July, you will also get the Essentials Gift Pack and the stamp set used on this card Carols for Christmas FREE

Get creative today! I'd love to see how many cards you could make using this layout as a template! Change the card base to Cherry Cobbler or Garden Green and rotate the color of the accent to greeting layer. Maybe use the green side of the paper and use Cherry Cobbler for an accent! If you make your own version of this card, please share it with us on the Facebook page!
