Way to Go - BRAVO |
|
T his card is perfect for graduation, a new job, a promotion, or any "proud of you" moment. It is also gender neutral so make up several to have on hand when you want to let someone know how amazing you think they are! The Subway technique has always interested me and the Bravo set is perfect for doing the technique. I pulled out my set and used a card front to layout the location of each greeting. The stamps were placed greeting side down so once I had it arranged the way I wanted I sat the largest clear block on the stamps to get them all perfectly placed. Then I just inked it up with my color choice and was able to stamp multiples easily!

Using a card front ( 5 1/2" X 4 1/4") arrange your stamps as you would like them to appear on the finished card. Place the stamps finish side down. Once you have the arrangement you like, be sure to leave an area close to one side open for punching a 2 1/2" circle, attach stamps to the the largest clear block.
Prepare card: cardbase (So Saffron). Top fold.
Ink up stamps on block with ink pad (Hello Honey). Then lift black and center onto cardfront.
Punch 2 1/2" circle.
Stamp Way to Go greeting on a scrap piece of Whisper White card stock in Hello Honey. Clean stamp, then stamp the same greeting on another scrap piece (large enough to punch with 2 1/2" circle punch) Whisper White.
Using your snips cut out the "TO" banner from the Hello Honey greeting.
Punch the Blackberry Bliss Way to Go greeting out with a 2 1/2" circle punch.
Add adhesive to the back of the Way to Go circle. Then close the card so that you can line up your punched greeting over your punch hole in the cardfront. Press down once it is in the location you want.
Open the card front. Using glue dots or dimensionals adhere the "To banner" over the "TO" on the Blackberry Bliss greeting.
Using the star punch, punch three Blackberry Bliss stars.
Attach as desired to the cardfront with glue dots.
